Spacio alternative for New York agents: EcoAdmin vs Spacio

Short answer

Spacio (now Lone Wolf Spacio) is a digital open house sign-in built around follow-up emails, CRM integrations and team reporting. EcoAdmin is built around New York paperwork: visitors e-sign the NYS 443 agency disclosure, the NYS fair housing disclosure and a buyer agreement at check-in, and listings import from OneKey® MLS. If your open houses are in New York and the forms are the hard part, EcoAdmin fits better. If you need automated follow-up emails and a deep CRM sync, Spacio does more there.

Where EcoAdmin is different

The main difference is what happens after the visitor types their name. In New York, the agency disclosure is due at your first substantive contact with a buyer (RPL § 443), and licensees must display the fair housing notice at open houses (19 NYCRR § 175.29) and give the separate fair housing disclosure at first substantive contact (§ 175.28). EcoAdmin puts those forms into the check-in itself, already filled in with your name, your brokerage and the visitor's name, so the signed copy is on the visitor's record before the tour starts. Read the 443 guide or the fair housing guide.

EcoAdmin also imports the listing straight from OneKey® MLS, the MLS for much of downstate New York outside Manhattan, so the photos, price and details are on the sign-in page without retyping.

When Spacio may suit you better

  • You run a team or brokerage. Spacio has admin controls, lead permissions and team-wide reporting. EcoAdmin's Open House plan is for one agent.
  • You use an iPad kiosk or Android apps. Spacio has iPad and Android apps and an offline mode on iPad. EcoAdmin runs in the iPhone app or a browser.
  • You're already on Lone Wolf. Spacio sits alongside Lone Wolf's other agent and brokerage tools.

Spacio vs EcoAdmin: common questions

Is Spacio still available?

Yes. Spacio is sold by Lone Wolf as Lone Wolf Spacio, and its iPad app is still listed on the App Store (checked 6 November 2026).

How much does Spacio cost compared with EcoAdmin?

Lone Wolf's Spacio page doesn't publish a price; agents buy online and teams and brokers book a demo, with a one-time $150 setup fee for some team features. EcoAdmin costs $14.99 a month for one agent after a 14-day free trial.

Can Spacio handle the New York agency disclosure?

Spacio added disclosure forms to its iPad app in 2025, but its public pages don't describe New York's 443 or fair housing forms. EcoAdmin includes both as pre-filled templates and records refusals under RPL § 443(3)(e). Ask Spacio directly if you need its New York details.

No. Visitors scan the QR code with their phone camera and check in on a web page.
